Check-in and check-out
Arrival should take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and departure by 12:00 noon.
Apartment rules
To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following rules:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not permitted.
- Groups of young people are not accepted.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Security deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a security deposit of €400 must be paid online by card no later than the day of arrival. The amount will be refunded after the condition of the property has been checked.
Tourist tax
In accordance with the Municipality of Loulé regulations, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16.
- Low season (November to March): €1 per person, per night.
- High season (April to October): €2 per person, per night.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 50% of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
Invoicing
If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT), your billing details must be provided no later than the day of check-in.
Extended stays
For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property up to 7 days before the departure date.
For stays of 28 nights or more, the following conditions apply:
- Security deposit: a €400 security deposit must be paid before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after the property has been inspected.
- Maintenance: the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property remains applicable, as set out in the general conditions for extended stays.
