Signing the Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement Once the property due diligence is completed, we proceed with the signing of the promissory contract, which outlines all the terms of the transaction, including the price, payment schedule, and closing date. At this stage, it is customary to pay a deposit equivalent to 10% of the property’s value.

Completion of the Transaction The final step is the signing of the Deed at the notary´s office, during which the remaining balance of the property is paid, and ownership is officially transferred to your name.
