This three-bedroom apartment is located on the seafront at Praia do Forte Novo. It offers families or groups looking to stay close to the sea a bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed home in a peaceful setting with everything they need for a relaxing Algarve holiday.
The spacious living room has a dining area, a Smart TV and direct access to a generous balcony with views of the ocean, landscaped gardens and condominium swimming pools. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, unwind at the end of the day, or simply take in the view without leaving the apartment.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and creates a practical and comfortable space to enjoy throughout your stay.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two en-suite double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and plenty of natural light. There are also two full bathrooms with showers and an additional guest bathroom.
One of the apartment’s highlights is the balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedrooms, creating a natural connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
With the beach just a few steps away and restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and seafront walks nearby, this apartment is an excellent choice for guests wishing to experience everyday life in Quarteira and Vilamoura close to the sea.

- Additional cleaning: €17.50 per hour, with a minimum charge of €35, subject to availability.
Additional services & cleaning
- The cleaning fee included in the booking covers the standard arrival and departure cleaning service only.
- Additional cleaning, towel changes or bed linen changes may be requested at an additional cost and are subject to availability. These services must be booked at least 24 hours before the check-in date.

Check-in and check-out
Arrival should take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and departure by 12:00 noon.
Apartment rules
To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following rules:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not permitted.
- Unauthorised additional guests are not allowed.
- Furniture or equipment must not be moved.
- Excessive rubbish must not be left inside the apartment.
- Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
To comply with legal requirements, access to the property can only be granted once the details of all guests have been received and validated through the Guest Registration Form sent after the booking is confirmed.
Failure to comply with the apartment rules may result in additional charges, payable locally.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €400 must be paid online by card no later than the day of arrival. The amount will be refunded after the condition of the property has been checked.
Tourist tax
In accordance with the Municipality of Loulé regulations, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16.
- Low season (November to March): €1 per person, per night.
- High season (April to October): €2 per person, per night.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 50% of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
Invoicing
If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT), your billing details must be provided no later than the day of check-in.
Longer stays
For bookings of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions and benefits apply:
- Security deposit: a €400 security deposit must be paid before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, following an inspection of the property.
- Included utilities: water and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the booking price.
- Maintenance: the right to carry out technical inspections of the property remains in place, in accordance with the general conditions applicable to longer stays.
