Management with a Local Identity
When a guest makes a booking through one of the platforms, they pay the rental amount plus a cleaning fee. The total amount is transferred to The Magnolia Properties.
We then deduct the agreed commission from this amount. For full management, we also reconcile the cleaning fee, which is subsequently paid to our suppliers and cleaning teams.
Although there is a charge for each clean, this cost is covered by the guest.
Payment to the property owner is made on the 15th of each month, after the guest’s departure.
