APARTMENT RULES To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for all guests, please observe the following rules:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.
Furniture or equipment must not be moved.
Excess rubbish must not be left inside the apartment.
Please respect quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of €400 is required and must be paid online by card no later than the day of check-in.
The deposit will be refunded following an inspection of the property after departure.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX: In accordance with the Municipality of Loulé regulations, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16.
