OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION The apartment is offered on a self-catering basis, giving you complete independence during your stay.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX In accordance with the regulations of Loulé Municipality, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16:
Low Season — November to March: €1 per person, per night. High Season — April to October:
€2 per person, per night. This amount is collected at check-in.
INVOICING If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT), your billing details must be provided no later than the day of check-in.
EXTENDED STAYS For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property up to 7 days before the departure date.
CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDED STAYS For stays of 28 nights or more, the following conditions apply:
Security deposit: a €400 security deposit must be paid before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after the property has been inspected.
Maintenance: the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property remains applicable, as set out in the general conditions for extended stays.
