The apartment has three bedrooms: two en-suite double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and plenty of natural light. There are also two full bathrooms with showers and an additional guest bathroom.

APARTMENT RULES To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following rules:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Unauthorised additional guests are not allowed.
Furniture or equipment must not be moved.
Excessive rubbish must not be left inside the apartment.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
To comply with legal requirements, access to the property can only be granted once the details of all guests have been received and validated through the Guest Registration Form sent after the booking is confirmed.
Failure to comply with the apartment rules may result in additional charges, payable locally.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €400 applies to stays of up to 28 nights and must be paid online by card no later than the day of check-in.
The deposit will be refunded following an inspection of the property after departure.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Loulé, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16:
Low Season (November to March): €1 per person, per night.
High Season (April to October): €2 per person, per night.
This amount is collected at check-in.
INVOICING
If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT number), your billing details must be provided no later than the day of check-in.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CLEANING Cleaning: The cleaning fee included in the booking covers the standard arrival and departure cleaning service only. Extra Services: Additional cleaning, towel changes or bed linen changes may be requested at an additional cost and are subject to availability. These services must be booked at least 24 hours before the check-in date.
CONDITIONS FOR LONGER STAYS For bookings of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions and benefits apply:
Security Deposit: A €400 security deposit must be paid before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, following an inspection of the property.
Included Utilities: Water and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the booking price.
Maintenance: The right to carry out technical inspections of the property remains in place, in accordance with the general conditions applicable to longer stays.
GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the condominium gardens and swimming pool. Several outdoor public parking spaces are available around the building.
