HOUSE RULES To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow the rules below:
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.
Furniture or equipment must not be moved.
Excessive rubbish must not be left at the property.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
In order to comply with legal requirements, access to the property can only be granted once the details of all guests have been received and validated through completion of the Guest Registration Form sent after the booking is confirmed.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges, payable locally.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is €1,500 for stays of up to 28 nights and must be paid online by card no later than the day of check-in.
The amount will be refunded after the condition of the property has been checked.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX In accordance with the regulations of Loulé Municipality, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16:
Low Season — November to March: €1 per person, per night.
High Season — April to October: €2 per person, per night.
This amount is collected at check-in.
INVOICING
If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT), your billing details must be provided no later than the day of check-in.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CLEANING Cleaning: The cleaning fee included in the booking covers check-in preparation and check-out cleaning only. Extra Services: Additional cleaning or changes of towels and bed linen can be requested, subject to availability and an additional charge. These services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
EXTENDED STAYS For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property up to 7 days before the departure date.
CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDED STAYS For bookings of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions and benefits apply:
Security Deposit: A security deposit of €1,500 must be paid before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after the condition of the property has been checked.
Included Utilities: Water and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the booking price.
Maintenance: The right to carry out a technical inspection of the property remains applicable, as set out in the general conditions for extended stays.
