A co-ownership share of a new semi-detached 2+1-bedroom villa with a private pool at Pestana Silves Golf Resort, in Silves. The villa is part of a group of only six villas.

It has two floors and 134 m². It was built in 2026 and is sold furnished, with air conditioning and energy rating B.

On the main floor, the living room and the equipped kitchen share the same space, with a breakfast bar and access to the outdoor area and the pool. This floor also has a bedroom with built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace and garden, a second room with built-in wardrobe that can be used as a study or TV room, and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to a large balcony. There is also a multipurpose room with its own balcony.

The villa belongs to four independent owners. Each one buys 1/4 of the property, with its own title deed, and uses the house for 13 weeks a year on a rotating basis. Taxes and maintenance costs are split equally between the four.
