Designed for enjoying Vilamoura in comfort and privacy, this elegant three-bedroom villa is perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends, with space for up to eight guests. Situated in Monte Laguna on Avenida dos Descobrimentos, the villa boasts a prime location close to Vilamoura’s renowned golf courses and the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort.
The villa is arranged over spacious and practical living areas. It features three en-suite bedrooms, ensuring that each guest can enjoy their own space and privacy. There is also a guest bathroom on the main floor.
The living room has a double sofa bed, enabling the villa to comfortably sleep eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The property also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a television and a washer-dryer, providing all the comforts needed for longer stays.
Outside, the private terrace with a barbecue area is perfect for relaxed breakfasts, sun-drenched lunches, or informal dinners on warm Algarve evenings.
Guests also have access to the condominium’s two communal swimming pools, which are ideal for making the most of Vilamoura’s sunny days.
For added convenience, the villa has a private garage with space for two cars and direct access to the property, as well as free parking.

For stays of more than one week, weekly changes of bed linen and towels are also included.
You can request additional cleaning services or extra changes of bed linen and towels during your stay, but this will incur an additional charge and you will need to give at least 24 hours' notice.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION The villa is available for self-catering, providing you with complete independence throughout your stay.
A small welcome kit containing a selection of essentials for your first day, including toiletries and toilet paper, will be provided upon arrival. Replenishment of these items is not included during your stay.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Loulé, a tourist tax applies to guests over the age of 16:
Low Season (November to March): €1 per person, per night
High Season (April to October): €2 per person, per night
INVOICING If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF/VAT number), please provide your billing details no later than your check-in date.
EXTENDED STAYS For bookings of 15 nights or more, we reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property up to seven days before the departure date.
CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDED STAYS For stays of 28 nights or more, the following special conditions and benefits apply:
Security deposit: A security deposit of €500 is required before check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, following an inspection of the property.
Utilities included: Water and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the booking price.
Maintenance: We reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the property, as stated in the general conditions for long-term rentals.
